Stock Market Game Blog

This semester, you will be playing the Stock Market Game and managing a $100,000 investment portfolio with your partner. Each week, you will reflect on how your portfolio performed and provide your thoughts in a blog post that your teacher, classmates, and others will be able to read and respond to.

This will give you a chance to offer and ask for advice and/or warnings about certain investments, provide your reactions to market activity and news that has occurred over the week, and indicate your hopes and predictions regarding where the markets (and your specific investments in the SMG) are heading.

Our top stocked would be the ones above. Are lowest stocks are WWE, KORS, and Q. We are unsure why these stocks are not preforming well. We hope that these three stocks will increase and eventually make us a profit. We might possibly sell SNE because we don't know if it can go any higher that it already has. We hoep that WWE will soon start to preform and believe it will because at the end of the month there is a big fight. We are open to any suggestions.

  1. What if you bought stocks that you originally wouldn't be interested in.

  2. WWE great stock to buy man, might have to go buy it ourselves since theres a big fight coming. After the fight if its up a good bit i would sell it and make good money. Sounds like your stocks are up since last time i commented on them.

  3. I suggest you sell your losing stocks as soon as you make some profit. I advise you to investigate why those stocks are doing badly. If they continue to fall you should consider selling them to have the least possible loss.

  4. We also have CAT and are proud of our gains from it. It would be a smart idea to check out why SNE is so high and use that information to determine whether or not to sell it.

  5. We think that if your low stocks do start making you money that you may want to think of selling them before they lose you money again.
